Although a combination of that and the second could also be explained by poor Supergirl sales. If Mego had them sitting in warehouse, they may have not been distributed for a while also. I have NO qunatitative info to back this up, but I am assuming Batgirl and Catwoman sold a little better thanks to the continuing reruns of the '66 series and the popularity of Batman in general.
